PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION


· MBA (Finance or Supply Chain Management) or an equivalent combination of education.
· Must have passed with A grade or equivalent from an accredited University / College

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

· 3 to 5 years

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To look after all matters related to Exports which includes Order processing, Export Documentation, timely availability of Forecast and its analysis and coordination with planning, warehouse and MSD.

To follow up for Forecast from MSD International
Forecast Order Variance
Export Order processing according to Schedule
Leading a team of Export Section
Coordination with Planning for Availability of Product
Coordination with MSD for availability of Orders, LC’s, forecast and consumption of FG Inventory
Liaison with Clearing, Forwarding and Insurance Agent
Bill processing of Clearing, Forwarding and Insurance Agent
Monitoring of Export Consignments
Maintaining working relationships with MoH for timely approval of NOC’s Close co-ordination with Planning & Warehouse for Shipments
To prepare month wise schedule and ASP for Export Orders
